Licence terms

Scope

These terms govern the online purchase of licences for music from the Insrt Library catalogue, by professionals or individuals, and quotes for uses outside the standard grid.

Licences

Each licence defines a scope (media, territory, term, number of campaigns or productions) described on the Licences page at the time of purchase and restated on the certificate. Licences are non-exclusive, non-transferable and cover one production or campaign unless stated otherwise. National TV, cinema, global campaigns and any use not listed are quoted on request.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown excluding tax in the selected currency; applicable VAT is calculated at checkout. Payment is by card through Stripe. The order is final once payment is received.

Delivery

The master, short edits, stems where included and the licence certificate can be downloaded right after payment from the client space. The certificate is proof of the granted scope.

Right of withdrawal

As digital content supplied immediately, the client expressly consents to immediate performance and waives the right of withdrawal (French Consumer Code, art. L221-28 13°).

Restrictions

Not allowed: reselling or transferring the music on its own, making it available on music distribution platforms, registering it with Content ID systems without agreement, using it to train artificial-intelligence models, and any defamatory, misleading or unlawful use. Credits are given where the medium allows.

Ownership

Insrt and its artists keep all rights in the works. The licence grants a right of use limited to the purchased scope.

Liability

Insrt warrants that it holds the rights required to grant the licence. Its liability is limited to the price of the licence concerned.

Governing law

French law. Disputes go to the courts of Insrt's registered office, subject to mandatory consumer rules. Consumer mediator: [to complete].
